I came across an assertion the other day that the value of the materials that could be recycled from a say a solar panel is a few dollars.
Whether it's a solar panel, a computer or a wind turbine blade the facts might be that even in the third world we may not be able to pay a living wage to get human beings to recycle our e-waste and e-garbage. The solution may be to get the robots to eat our s***

On the other hand if you can't teach those robots of yours to eat our s***---we may die. We could drown in our own waste. what a way to go.
